Si tratta di uno schema a griglia dove inserire le principali leve del business che avete in mente, ottimo per le startup che vogliono essere lean.

E’ composto dai partner chiave (key partners), le attività chiave (key activities), la proposizione del valore (value proposition) per i vostri potenziali clienti, cioè i vantaggi che portate sul mercato rispetto alle imprese con cui siete in competizione, la gestione della comunicazione e il rapporto con i clienti (customers relationship), i canali di distribuzione (channels) del prodotto che intendete vendere, le risorse chiave di cui è dotata l’azienda (brevetti, punti vendita etc…) (key resources), la struttura dei costi (costs structure), quali sono i costi che dobbiamo sostenere e flussi di ricavi, sostanzialmente come vogliamo essere pagati e a che prezzo (revenue streams).
